ImageToCartoon is currently provided as a free public tool. No account, login, subscription, credits, or payment is required to use the public converter.
You are responsible for the images and prompts you upload or submit. You must own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it and use the generated results.
By uploading content, you grant ImageToCartoon and its service providers a limited, temporary permission to process that content solely to operate the service, generate results, deliver temporary downloads, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Generated cartoon results are produced automatically. You are responsible for reviewing results before using, publishing, printing, sharing, or distributing them. Commercial use depends on your rights to the original image and any applicable laws or third-party rights.

ImageToCartoon, including the website, interface, code, branding, text, and service features, is owned by ImageToCartoon or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the website, brand, or service technology.
Your use of ImageToCartoon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images and generated results are automatically deleted from our systems within 2 hours.
ImageToCartoon may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, advertising, security, image processing, and storage. These providers may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do our best to keep the tool available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageToCartoon and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.
